Mikaila Ulmer is a 14-year-old entrepreneur and the CEO of Me & The Bees Lemonade. She started her company at just four years old in her home town Austin, TX and was inspired by her fascination with bees and their need to produce honey, combined with her Great Grandmother’s flaxseed lemonade recipe.
